Nothing exists until you order it. We source the exact shirt you asked for, which takes about two weeks to reach us, then it is framed by hand in London and sent out.
The 2 to 4 weeks is time to dispatch, not time to your door. Delivery sits on top. If you are buying for a particular date, tell us before you order and we will give you an honest answer on whether it can be met.
Yes, and it is the whole point. Your own name, your business, a nickname, an initial, the year you were born. People order these for birthdays, office walls and shop counters.
It does not have to be a footballer, or about football at all. If you do want a player you can have that, same price either way.
A proper frame. The moulding is 30mm MDF, deep and solid. You feel the weight the moment you pick the box up. It is not a snap frame and not something you clip a poster into.
The front is perspex rather than glass, deliberately. Glass this size above a bed is a hazard if it ever comes down, and it rarely survives being posted. Perspex is optically clear, will not shatter, and is why these arrive intact.
Inside is a gold foil mount cut for a jersey, the shirt pressed and set square by hand, and hooks fitted before it ships.
Any club, any league, any season we can source. Tell us the club, the season and the kit when you build it.

No, and that is the point. These are fan kits, not match worn and not signed. Framing has always been aimed at memorabilia you already owned.
This is the opposite. It is decoration, made custom to you, for your room. If you do own a signed shirt you want framed, message us and we will quote separately.

UK delivery is included, so the price on the product is the price you pay.
The Gallery Wall is 680 × 680mm, or 26.8 × 26.8 inches. The Statement Wall is 680 × 800mm, or 26.8 × 31.5 inches.
Both are the same width. The Statement Wall is 120mm taller, and that is the only difference. Both ship ready to hang.
United Kingdom. No. Free and already in the price. Nothing is added at checkout.
European Union. £41, and that includes duties and taxes. Nothing is collected on delivery.
United States. £42. That covers getting it to you. Import duties are separate, explained below.
United Kingdom. Nothing at all.
European Union. Nothing on delivery. Your £41 shipping includes duties and taxes, so the parcel arrives delivered duty paid and the carrier will not ask you for anything at the door.
United States. Possibly. Your £42 covers carriage only. Your own country may charge import duty on goods arriving from the United Kingdom, collected by the carrier before they hand the parcel over. That charge is set by your government and goes to them, not to us. We would rather you knew before you ordered than found out at the door.
Hooks are already fitted, so there is nothing to assemble.
It is a heavy, solid piece. A screw into a stud is best. Into plasterboard, use a wall plug or picture hook rated for at least 5kg. Treat it like a mirror rather than a poster.
Command strips alone are not enough. If you would rather not drill, use heavy duty hanging strips rated well above 5kg. Hang it with the middle at about eye level, roughly 145cm from the floor.
A dry microfibre cloth, and that is all it needs.
The front is perspex, not glass, so no glass cleaner. Anything with ammonia or alcohol will craze acrylic, which cannot be undone. Skip paper towel too, it scratches. If it needs more, use a barely damp microfibre with plain water.
Up until we source your shirt, yes. Message us and you get a full refund, no questions.
After that, no. Because every frame is made to order and personalised, it is exempt from the usual 14 day change of mind right. Nobody else can use a frame with your name on it.
That does not affect your rights if something is wrong. Damaged or faulty, we replace it.
We replace it, and you post nothing back.
Please open the parcel as soon as it arrives and check it over. If anything is damaged, send us a photo straight away and a replacement goes out.
Reporting it on arrival is what allows us to claim against the carrier, so the sooner we see it, the faster we can put it right.
